After a terrible experience at another store, we were welcomed in by Miley, Maggie, and Marisol, and I truly cannot thank them enough. They went above and beyond to help my little cousin find the perfect dress and made her feel like a literal princess from start to finish. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care helped bring her vision to life and completely turned the day around for us. This was our first time shopping for dresses, and after being turned away from another dress shop that apparently requires an appointment and charges a fee, we started calling nearby stores. From the moment we called Bella’s IV, we were greeted so professionally and kindly on the phone and were told no appointment was required to browse or try on dresses, so we headed that way. The place was beautiful and the care and attention was top notch! Although, we didn't find a dress that met our budget, we found some great ideas and styles for my daughter. Thank you to Adriana for helping us try on the dresses. Would recommend this place.
